The training includes skill building for listening, understanding individual differences, conflict resolution & negotiation styles, effective communication, and the mediation process. If you want to learn conflict resolution & mediation skills, enjoy working with families, and are able to volunteer a couple of evenings per month, then this exciting opportunity is for you!

* Volunteers make a one year commitment to the Mediation Program in exchange for free training.  Openings are available on a space available basis for those interested in acquiring mediation skills but unable to make the commitment to volunteer. In this case, there will be a fee for training and materials.
